This recently occupied house at 2321-23 Banks Street was demolished.
It was a nice part of the streetscape under the oaks, a late raised basement house, and its demise illustrates the limits of the house moving alternative on the site. Not every home - or portion of a home - can be moved. The silver lining only stretches so far.
